Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the JUSTSET app. By using JUSTSET you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What JUSTSET does

JUSTSET generates and manages a strength training plan for you. It chooses your exercises, sets, repetitions and rest, guides you through a workout, records what you completed, and adjusts what comes next as you get stronger. You can also edit scheduled workouts and build your own custom workouts.

JUSTSET is a general fitness tool. We do not guarantee any particular result, and how much progress you make depends on many things outside the app.

Training safely

Only you can judge whether a given exercise or load is right for you on a given day. Train within your ability, warm up, and use good form. If you have a health condition, are recovering from an injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified professional before starting.

If you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or anything else that concerns you while training, stop and seek appropriate medical care.

Your responsibilities

• deciding whether an exercise JUSTSET suggests is appropriate for you, and skipping or replacing it if it is not;
• using equipment safely and following the rules of the gym or space you train in;
• entering accurate weights, repetitions and profile information, since your plan is built from them;
• keeping access to the email address linked to your account.

Your account

An account is optional; JUSTSET works on your device without one. If you create an account, you sign in with a code sent to your email address, so anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you. Keep it secure and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or end access to the service where it is necessary to protect the service or other users, for example in response to abuse or attempts to compromise security.

Price

JUSTSET is currently provided free of charge and contains no purchases or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features in a future version, we will publish the terms that apply to them before you can buy anything.

Exercise content from other sources

Some exercise demonstrations, images and guides in the app are supplied by a third-party provider. That content belongs to its provider, and its availability can change or be withdrawn. Guides are supplemental: if one is missing, you can still complete the workout.

Our content

The JUSTSET name, the app and this website, their design and interface, and the original content in them belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them to train, personally and non-commercially. Nothing here gives you rights in content that belongs to a third-party provider.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attack, overload or interfere with the service or the systems behind it;
• try to access another person’s account or data;
• scrape or bulk-extract content from the service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Because JUSTSET stores your data on your device, you can normally keep training even when the service is unreachable.

We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the app, including injury resulting from choices you make while training.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
